If you were to die today and return one generation later, in what world would you want to be born, no matter where or who you are? This is the question Nest put to ten writers and nine artists. The result: the book ‘Wat Niet Is Maar Kan Zijn’.
The book is part of the exhibition ‘A Fair Share of Utopia’, which can be seen at Nest, The Hague, until 22 November.

Vamba Sherif one of the writers of the book will give his answer to the question above during the book presentation. Vamba Sherif was born in Liberia and grew up partly in Kuwait and Syria. He wrote several novels, including ‘The Black Napoleon’ (2015) and ‘The Land of the Fathers’ (2011).
