Philosophical breakfast in the exhibition

6 Jul 2019   /   Lezing@Nest

On Saturday morning July 6, Nest is organising a philosophical breakfast as part of The Hague Contemporary Art Weekend 2019, in collaboration with Philosophy The Hague. Technology philosopher, engineer and innovation thinker Martijntje Smits will talk to the artistic director and curator of ‘Free the Eyeball’, Heske ten Cate. The discussion will be about social media and the appropriation of such platforms by artists. What influence does the internet have on being an artist and how does this relate to autonomy? We make fresh coffee for you and there is free breakfast. Because of the limited capacity, please register here.
