Sonic tECkhnO-craft workshop with sWitches

In the quest to redefine and critically reflect on what the terms fertility and sexuality mean, artist collective sWitches invites you to their ‘Sonic tECkhnO-craft’ workshop at Nest on Thursday, June 16 at 8pm.

The workshop builds on their new installation fl0wr@liå, part of ‘every moment a junction’, which is a sound sculpture in the form of a maypole. The installation forms a sound archive, a collection of stories around intimacy, sensuality and sexuality, recorded by the collective in an earlier workshops. The maypole can be activated by touch and is celebrated by an interactive, collaborative dance around the pole.

During this session, you are invited to listen to the previous participants’ thoughts and through movement, dance, and embodiment practices, weave your own voice into the installation.
