Hereby we would like to cordially invite you to the festive opening of ‘Is it possible to be a revolutionary and like flowers?’* Thursday, September 9th from 8 pm to 10 pm at Nest.
The artists in this exhibition answer the question of the exhibition title with a resounding “YES!”. They show that the flower as a symbol can seduce, comfort, heal, adorn and distract, and find common ground in feminist affinities, queer desires and ecological solidarity.
Co-curator: Laurie Cluitmans – assistant curator Eva Burgering
Please note: We can only host this opening if we maintain current COVID-19 measures. It is mandatory to show a valid COVID Certificate identification document (QR code) upon entry. We hope for your understanding.
